About Fleet Crew
FleetCrew was established in April 2016. FleetCrew (previously known as Ironman) was initially incorporated as Airco Filter Sales (A.F.S.) in 1983 as a filter cleaning service company and as a distributor of Donaldson filters for heavy-duty off-road machinery. In 1999, A.F.S. expanded to become a dealer of replacement aftermarket parts for on-road and off-road heavy-duty equipment: from engine, transmission, and torque parts to hydraulic parts, batteries, and accessories.
In late 1999, A.F.S. began doing business as Ironman Parts and entered into the diesel emissions compliance industry after the California Air Resources Board (CARB) adopted the Risk Reduction Plan to Reduce Particulate Matter Emissions from Diesel-Fueled Engines and Vehicles on September 28, 2000.
This plan resulted from a ten-year long study of the effects of diesel exhaust and the identification of diesel particulate matter (PM), emitted from combusted diesel fuel, as a toxic air contaminant. Already a leading distributor of Donaldson filters the company pioneered the diesel emissions compliance industry in the installation of catalyzed diesel particulate filters.
Since Diesel emissions reduction goes hand-in-hand with engine performance and engine maintenance is a critical factor for fleet managers the company evolved to reflect its comprehensive portfolio of services in the protection, maintenance, renewal and compliance of heavy-duty diesel engines. With this in mind, Ironman sought to add value to the customer’s experience and began acquiring Zippy Lube-A-Truck in 2004 to provide preventative maintenance care, diesel lube services, and repairs.
In 2006, Ironman Renewal, LLC. was established to provide diesel
equipment owners with engine, components, and transmission remanufacturing services
to meet OEM specifications for maximum power and performance.
Today, FleetCrew is the industry leader in "Maintenance Solutions with Confidence™”. FleetCrew staff has extensive knowledge and experience in diesel engines, CARB regulations, compliance planning, and diesel emissions reduction technology. FleetCrew's Certified Technicians have successfully installed over 16,000 diesel retrofits in the state of California.
In addition to emission compliance services, FleetCrew offers comprehensive equipment maintenance solutions,
